In recent months government has argued that to meet the millenium goal on health there must be rapid procurement and deployment of mobile hospitals in far flung rural parts of our great and mighty nation.
Forget about the challenges of staffing and bad roads citizens have been told. We must not loose faith.
Well a loan was given to the Republic of Zambia by the Chinese, who have in recent years have become famous for their generosity.
Problems associated with this exercise are many but I will mention a few criticl ones which includes bad roads, non existent doctors, nurses and medical supplies.
